So accommodating and customized it to specifications. I give it a four star shipping because it comes from overseas in package that says do not bend - but it was bent when it arrived. Really needs a sturdier box/or support board. Luckily I took it to a local body shop and they straightened it for me. But overall it is a wonderful gift.

Vinacustom was great. She responded quickly and clearly. The sign came out perfectly. Looks just like the picture I sent her. DHL express got my item here in a timely manner but the box was damaged and my item was exposed. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase and my husband loved his gift!
